The Heathside Walton PTA was formed in November 2023. We adopted the model constitution from ParentKind and are an unincorporated association. We are registered with the Charities Commission (registration no: 1207819) and with HMRC (reference: ZD32781) for Gift Aid.

Our Mission
We work with the school to advance education of pupils by:
- Developing effective relationships between the staff, parents and others associated with the school
- Engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support the school and advance the education of the pupils.
Leadership Team
The leadership team works together in partnership with the school community and the school to further the aims of the charity. There is no formal roles - everyone helps in many different ways. We are an inclusive team and cannot operate with the valuable contributions from the PTA volunteers and engagement school leadership.
Amanda Eastwood
Amanda is a solicitor in commercial shipping.
Nicki Hammerton
Is an Mortgage & Protection administrator and leads on the finances for the Charity. She is a great resource for party props and knows all the places to shop to ensure events are well stock and provide value for money.
Charlie Shore
Charlie is a marketing leader for a division of a global consumer goods business.
Charlie is especially helpful with marketing, communications and flyers!
Joe Hoare
Joe is a partner services leader for a global news provider and advertiser.
Joe is the main point of contact for the volunteer 'army' and is brilliant at relationship management, communications and convincing.
Michael Judd
Michael is an accountant in public practice, and a fractional CFO.
Mike helps on finances, controls, policies, regulation, registrations like GiftAid & Charities Commission and raising grant funding.
